"Overall, great, he was on time, he found me straight away, he was pleasant on the journey and he made good time. My only problem was the car smelled of smoke and my Mum wondered whether I'd taken up the habit when I arrived home. I don't think anyone had smoked in the car. But generally yes, we were delighted with the service and I felt very safe and looked after."
